Refund policy


We strive to make returns simple and hassle-free. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  •  Return Initiation & Shipping
    The return must be requested and shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.
  •  Non-Returnable Items
    Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned, unless defective.
  •  Original Condition
    Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including swing tags, storage bags, and any specialty packaging.
  •  Photo Requirement
    A photo of the item(s) must be submitted prior to shipping to verify its condition.

Refunds for Multi-Item Discounts

If you return part of an order that qualified for a multi-item discount (e.g., Buy 2+ and Get 30% Off), the discount will no longer apply, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Example:

  • Purchased 2 SnuglFit™ Hoodies at $120 each
  • Applied 30% discount, total paid = $168 ($84 per hoodie)
  • Returned 1 hoodie
  • The remaining hoodie reverts to full price ($120)
  • Refund amount = $168 - $120 = $48

(This ensures the discount is only valid when multiple items are kept.)

Additional Return Guidelines

  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Once an order is shipped, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  •  Pre-Approval Required.
    Returns must be approved before sending any items back.
  •  Refund Method.
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
