Purchased this product and the courier service delivered it to the wrong address. I reported it immediately, but it took 2 days for UniUni to get back to me, I gave them the information they requested and they sent it to Snuglfit. Snuglfit has yet to contact me about any sort of resolution. Started to feel like I got scammed and I am extremely upset about the whole ordeal, especially how long it takes for anything to get done. From now on, I'm no longer purchasing from any place that uses UniUni as their courier service as the service is extremely bad, their support is slow, and they don't seem to be very concerned about rectifying the issue.
UPDATE: SnuglFit support was very helpful on this issue. They were, also, seeming to get the runaround from UniUni and so they went ahead and shipped out a new package with Canada Post instead. It arrived earlier than predicted and after opening it, I am extremely happy with the product. I have sensory issues and the plush softness of it is exceedingly pleasing to feel and it is warm and cozy. While it may not see much use during the summer time as it gets very hot here, it is going to be a very welcome wearable for the colder months. Thank-you for all the support and getting my order rectified in a timely manner. I have since changed my rating to 5/5 stars on the basis of the fact that what UniUni does with packages once it is out of SnuglFit’s hands is beyond their control. It would be nice to have the option to select different shipping methods, even if there is a small cost associated with it, as this experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth about UniUni (again not your guys’ fault on that, you took care of me as a customer and that is all I can ask for, so thank-you!)
